Plans differ in volume, not in features. These six apply everywhere — including the free one.

- HTTP/HTTPS, TCP, DNS, ICMP, SSL certificate, heartbeat and manually maintained. None of them is reserved for a larger plan.
- measurement locations
- To choose from, 6 of them in German-speaking Europe. How many measure in parallel depends on the plan.
- confirmations before an incident
- On top of that, a majority of the measuring locations has to agree. A single blip wakes nobody.
- subscriber channels
- Email, webhook, Slack, Microsoft Teams, Discord and Telegram — selectable per status page.
- domain with certificate
- Two DNS records and your status page runs on your address. We issue the certificate and renew it.
- Germany
- Servers at Hetzner in Germany, data processing agreement included, server logs deleted after 14 days.

Pricing questions
- Is the free plan really free forever?
- Yes. It runs indefinitely, without a credit card and without an expiry date. You monitor 20 services from two locations and run one status page on your own domain.
- Can I cancel monthly?
- On the monthly plan, yes — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and access remains until then. The annual plan runs to the end of its term; in exchange you get two months for free.
- What happens when I hit a limit?
- You add the single unit you need — team member, status page, on-call schedule, access area or server agent — or move to the next plan. Unit prices are listed above.
- Are prices net or gross?
- Net. LIVCK is a business-only offering; 19% German VAT is added to the amounts shown. EU companies with a valid VAT ID pay the net amount under the reverse-charge procedure.
- Which check types are included?
- All of them. HTTP/HTTPS, TCP, DNS, ICMP and SSL are included in every plan, including the free one. Plans differ in volume, check interval and number of locations — not in what you may monitor.
