Is LIVCK really free?

The Smart plan is completely free — all features included, just with resource limits (20 monitors, 5 categories). For more capacity, there are the Starter, Business, and Extended plans. You only pay for your own server (e.g. Hetzner from EUR 4.75/month).

What's the difference between self-hosted and cloud?

Self-hosted: You install LIVCK on your own server via Docker Compose. Full control, data stays with you. Managed: We run LIVCK for you on German servers. Cloud (coming soon): We host LIVCK for you in German data centers — no server management needed.

Is LIVCK GDPR compliant?

Yes. Self-hosted: Data never leaves your network. Managed & Cloud: German data centers, German company, German support. GDPR by design.

What check types are supported?

HTTP(S), TCP, Heartbeat and Manual (API). Plus AMC (Automatic Misfire Correction) for false alarm protection.

How does incident management work?

LIVCK offers a 5-stage workflow: from Investigating through Identified and Monitoring to Resolved and Closed. Plus announcements, maintenance windows and automatic outage linking.

Can I customize my statuspage?

Yes. LIVCK offers 3 pre-built themes, a drag & drop designer, custom branding, multi-language support and PWA. All in every plan — no extra charge for custom CSS.

When does LIVCK Cloud launch?
